Sadie and staff
From the outset the level of care you showed to my sister had been supportive and sympathetic to her needs. As visitors we were always made to feel welcome and part of the care home environment. Throughout Covid she was kept safe and well with regular family updates.
The family would like to that you and all your staff for their hard work, compassion and dedication to caring for all those individuals who are no longer able to remain safely in their own homes. You do an amazing and valuable job

Hi Sadie and carers
Thank you all for looking after my husband so kindly. I was at a loss, I didn’t understand dementia and how it destroyed a persons mind. Looking back now he hadn’t been well for at least 2 years.
Thank you for looking after us as a family with lots of love and cups of tea.

Dear All,
What can we say except our most grateful thanks for the wonderful treatment that mum receives from you all. Lately we haven’t been
able to get down as often as we like to but we are happy because mum is getting the best care. May we wish you all a very Merry Christmas & a Peaceful & Happy New Year.

I would like to thank you for making Dad so welcome. When I visited last Sunday it was like visiting someone’s home not a home – it was so inviting.
We would like to thank you for a wonderful party, such a happy event with delicious food. It was nice to see such a large number of residents, and it was wonderful how the staff had taken such care with clothes, hair and nails – some very smart ladies.
I would like to thank you for the care you have given my Nan, being so far away from her is difficult and it was good to know she was well cared for.
During each of my visits to her it was immediately apparent that she received endless patient and immediate attention from your staff, who also were aware of her ailments and her normal and clinical needs.
Your staff are exceptional: kind, efficient, polite, patient and knowledgeable – and everyone smiles and brings tea!
I was always assured that my mum was being looked after so well that I had no concerns regarding her care at your quite special home.
So thank you for all of these lovely qualities in such abundance.
You persuaded him to get dressed (with help) and to join the other residents for lunch and sometimes on other occasions, including outings and even on two visits to Weston-Super-Mare, staying overnight there. He visibly cheered up and enjoyed being the only centenarian in the group. Our admiration for the persistent and kind attentions of yourself and your staff which helped to make a better life for him.
Thanks for helping make the most of her last few years – often over and above the call of duty!
Dear Sadie and colleagues
I write to thank you for the kind and understanding manner in which you looked after my friend while she was in your care. When visiting I always felt welcome and I was conscious of a caring and understanding atmosphere.
She spent a happy time at Kent Farm in the knowledge that when things began to go downhill she knew that she would always enjoy the best care possible.

To All The Team at Kent Farm
Thank You & Kind Regards – I have happy memories of you all!
Thank you all very much for all your care to Uncle Brian. I remember the happy times when he first came to you and you were able to make him smile. It was a great shock to me when I got the phone call to say he had passed away (it was his heart) but lovely for him which I am very grateful for. Thank you all Jean

She was secure and cosy in her pretty room and your time and patience was much appreciated.
Please thank the rest of the staff at Kent Farm for all the care they gave over the last year. It certainly made a difference to the quality of his life.
We want you all to know how much we appreciate the care you have given Dad over the past three years. It not only improved his last years but made an enormous difference for us too.
Thank you so much for all that you did to make our friends stay with you so positive. Although she found it difficult at first she soon adjusted and became more settled and content. She made very good friends amongst the residents and staff, becoming involved with peoples lives and welfare, as she always has done. I can only thank the management, admin, care and domestic staff for making her last years happier and less anxious. You’ve done a wonderful job!
We always knew that Kent Farm was the best [lace for Mum and you have all proved us right time and again! Once more thank you from a grateful family.
Many thanks for all your care given to Mum. She is so happy with you and it gives us such peace of mind.
